Initial Meeting
A 30 minute no obligation chat over a coffee, phone or Skype to get to know you and your business goals.

Proposal
Using the information from our initial meeting, we’ll craft a proposal based on the number of pages we think you’ll need inline with your business objectives.

Discovery Meeting
Once the proposal is accepted we’ll get together to chat in more depth about who you are, who your customers are and the look and feel of your new website.

SEO Research
Taking what we’ve already discussed, we’ll get to researching your top 2-3 competitors SEO rankings providing you with an outline of the site hierarchy along with suggested titles and target keywords.

Homepage Design
Taking the information we have, we’ll design the Homepage and send it to you for your feedback. We’re thick skinned so welcome all feedback – the good and the bad.

Build
Using your feedback we’ll get to work designing the rest of your website in a test environment providing you with a link to view in real time.

Approval
Once built we’ll send you a link to the draft site for any final alterations and approvals prior to setting live. Once approved we’ll run some tests which include – speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO etc ready for the live date.

What sets us apart?
We’re glad you asked! Our Director, Aaron, has worked in the Digital Marketing industry for over 10+ years and has a particular passion for SEO. Having owned and managed another successful SEO Agency in Hobart, he noticed that while other local design studios produced great looking websites, they were very rarely (if at all) optimised for SEO. We combine our extensive SEO experience with our design prowess to produce not just great looking websites, but websites that are built to rank in search engines.

How much does a website cost?
This is a ‘how long is a piece of string’ question and the answer is…. it depends. On average a 6 page site typically falls around $2,500 but it really comes down to the required design and functionality. Unlike other local web studios, we don’t charge on an hourly basis, rather per page – that way we remain completely transparent. We will of course always do everything possible to fit within budget.

How long will the site take to build?
This largely depends on the requirements of the build along with how soon you (the client) can provide us with the necessary information to start to build. As a rule of thumb, we generally advise to allow 4-6 weeks.

Are there any hidden costs?
No! We pride ourselves on being transparent and all costs will be discussed with you prior to the start of the build..

Do I own the site?
Absolutely! Unlike other studios, we won’t hold your site to ransom – you’re free to come and go as you please. We will however remain contactable should you need any support.

Do you offer domain registration and hosting?
Yes we do. Alternatively you’re free to use any other service but please choose carefully!

Is my site ready for ‘SEO’?
Being that one of our main services is SEO, all of our sites are built to SEO best practice. This includes things such as security, site speed, user experience, optimised titles, H1’s etc. All of our sites also include a basic level of keyword research to support the site once it goes live. We also setup and install a Google Analytics account complete with conversion tracking.
